New Format for 2011!

Hey everybody, we are excited to announce that we are changing the Blue Mound race to a distance format, and starting our longest event at 10am. This later start time will give more racers the option of driving to the event the morning of the event. No more 3am wake-ups or camping required.

The new events are:
70-mile starting at 10:00am (8 laps)
35-mile starting at 1:00pm (4 laps)
15-mile starting at 3:00pm (2 laps)
All distances will use the long course from the past two years. Each lap is approximately 8.6396874 miles with 1.7576 furlongs of climbing (yes, Nate and I have had a few).

We think everyone will be excited about these changes, and you better show up in force this year or it might be your last chance! We are hard at work lining up our sponsors and planning for the event, so check back often for the latest updates.
